Customer service a step above. Good food as well. My girlfriend had accidentally thrown something away there. Called the next day to see if the trash had been taken. They not only looked at the trash, but dug it out & had it waiting for us. Recognized her when she went in to pick it up. Highly recommend for the personal attention & the food was great as well!

Chama Grill is not open until 9pm. I guess workers close when they want to because they closed at 5:10 pm right after we walked inside. My family of 4 ordered 2 hamburgers, chicken strip dinner and a bowl of green chili stew. The cook brought out one hambuger and the chicken strips. He said he would be back with the other hamburger. I asked about the green chili stew. He said, "I did not know you ordered that." 10 min later he arrived with the stew but no hamburger. I went to counter to ask about my hamburger. By that time, the kids had eaten all their food, so I asked for a refund. I got money back, but no apology. In the mean time, other customers came to door but were greeted with a handwritten sign on door that said CLOSED. Food was poor quality also.

This was a very small burger joint but it had excellent food. It was clean. It was open with ice and snow all around. And the people were really nice that owned it.

Small hole in the wall place. Not much seating. Had the mushroom swiss burger. Was very dry. Flavor was okay...wasn't the best burger I've ever had but wasn't the worst either.

You might as well only go thru the drive through First time going in the burger was decent although it was deluxe and the veggies were as warm as the burger. I dont think they are kept to temp. At least I know for sure the tomatoes. Second time in a row going in an sitting down only to order and wait 30 minutes for them to forget the order. I cant see how hard it is to know your tables have been served. There are only 6! Definately won't be back.
